Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 2 Teaspoons dried tarragon, OR 2 Tablespoons fresh, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Whisk oil, wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper together in a shallow dish
- Add meat pieces, coating all surfaces. Cover, refrigerate and marinate 2 to 3 hours, turning
- occasionally
- When ready to cook, drain meat pieces and discard marinade
